This link allows you to print any of a number of cute templates to make your own paper garlands. If I had kids at home I would put them right to work decking the halls. Sadly, Newton and Oso are virtually worthless when it comes to doing crafts.

Cute but seems like a lot of ink. I think you'd be better off using scrapbook papers. But I do like the finished look. Very cute!
